AMBASSADORS OF NATURE PLEDGE TO SAVE MOTHER EARTH
"We are a part of Earth and Earth is part of us."
Keeping this thought in mind, students of Presidium Sonipat conducted an assembly on Earth Day wherein they shared their thoughts about the various ways in which our Mother Earth can be more beautiful and happier. They talked about all the important components of Earth like ocean, wildlife, air, sky, food and land. Through the assembly they sensitized other students to save electricity, save water, plant more trees etc.
Students of all Grades came together, planted a sapling and watered it under the guidance of teachers and the gardener. They also made sure that the plants were at a place where they would get sufficient rays of the sun and will be watered daily.
The assembly culminated with a pledge to do whatever they could do to help the planet become a better place to live in.
HOLI FESTIVITIES BRIGHTEN THE CORRIDORS OF PRESIDIUM SONIPAT
Bright colours, water balloons, lavish gujiyas and melodious songs brightened up the last working day of the outstanding session 2016-2017 at Presidium, Sonipat on 10th March, 2017.
The celebration began with the prayer followed by the news headlines and thought for the day. The aura was filled with the festive mood after the spectacular performance of the music choir and the dance troop. Afterwards, to brighten up the countenance, teachers and staff members played Holi with kids and put ‘chandan tika’ which was relished by all.
Prsedians couldn’t hold themselves back when the dhol beats started pounding. Our Director, Mrs Sarita Sayal wished everyone a happy and a blissful Holi. It was a joy to the eyes to see the children having gala time.
MRS. GUPTA WEAVES MAGIC OF POSITIVE PARENTING IN SONIPAT
An enlivening seminar was held on ‘Positive Parenting’ by the renowned Parenting expert, Mrs. Sudha Gupta, at Hotel Park Blu in Sonipat on 12th February 2017. The seminar was informative, thought provoking as well as offered an emotional and interactive experience for the large number of parents gathered there.
While giving positive solutions in difficult parenting scenarios, Mrs. Gupta shared her 10 Mantras of Positive Parenting and 3 Guru Mantras with parents. She cautioned parents to never indulge in negative parenting and drew out important differences between positive and negative parenting. Advising parents to appreciate their children in every way possible, she said that as appreciation is a magic wand; praise children genuinely and lavishly, praise their efforts and not just results. Focus on what your child is doing right and not just on what he is doing wrong.
The seminar indeed was an enriching experience for the parents as they interacted with our parenting expert.

CRICKET ENTHUSIASTS OF SONIPAT PARTICIPATE IN INTER-PRESIDIUM TOURNAMENT
Celebrating the national love for Cricket, Presidium organized the Inter Presidium Cricket Tournament-Primary Boys: 2016-17. Every tournament provides an opportunity to the students to prove themselves and their potential. The Raj Nagar and Sonipat Teams left no stone unturned as they proved that dedication and hard work are the keys to success.
The occasion was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Ms. Suman Sharma, the fielding coach of the India’s Women’s Cricket team. The event witnessed some brilliant cricket action from Rajnagar and Sonipat. Team Sonipat won the match by 73 runs.
Krishna from from Sonipat won the ‘Star Performer of the Day’ by scoring 62 runs. Mannu from Sonipat won the ‘The Best Batsman’ award. Rakshit from Sonipat won the ‘Best Bowler’ award.
The winning team from Sonipat proved that the desire to excel is what ignites the passion for winning. It was indeed a spectacle of brilliance and skills of the players of both the teams.
Providing the right kind of platform to these young cricketers will go a long way in identifying and promoting their talent.
PRESIDIUM SONIPAT GIVES A HEARTFELT WELCOME TO SPARSH STUDENTS
It was a time for the grateful hearts meeting their humble benefactors, when Sparsh students thanked Presidians for their generous contribution made for Sparsh. Presidians were overwhelmed by this warm gesture and greeted the Sparsh students with wholehearted fondness and adoration.
PRESIDIUM SONIPAT DAZZLES AT THE FUTURE FEST 2016
Loud encores, overwhelming roars, and cheers were the demeanor of Presidium, Sonipat on 18th December 2016 at the annual day celebration. The annual day celebration was graced by the honorable chairperson, Mrs. Sudha Gupta and other guests of honor. The splendid journey exhibited the impeccable artistry of Presidians, wrapped up in the swathe of cultural extravaganza starting with the mischief of ‘Lord Krishna’ crossing over seven seas and taking everyone to the jazz of ‘Western Music’.
The students presented the picture of our Incredible India and its unparallel contribution to the world. The event witnessed the presence of over 2000 people and a rollercoaster of emotions was experienced by one and all. The event had an enduring effect and created memories that shall be etched in the hearts of the audience forever.
GRAND OPENING OF PRESIDIUM SONIPAT
In what marked as the beginning of a new journey for a monumental school at Sonipat, Presidium’s new branch was inaugurated by Mrs. Gupta in Omaxe city. On the propitious occasion, Mrs. Gupta warmly congratulated the staff and introduced them to the Presidium family. The grand celebration was graced by the presence of many honourable dignitaries like Sri. Manish Grover, Minister of Haryana and the Sri. Bharat Bhushan Bharti, Chairman, Haryana Staff Selection. The occasion witnessed a lavish gathering of more than 2000 staff, parents and students celebrating the new beginning of the school. With the opening of the monumental Presidium Senior Secondary School at Sonipat, it will surely lay the foundation of world class education at Haryana.

Sparsh students gave a warm welcome to the Presidians through their big and vibrant smiles that truly made our day. Students from Presidium, Sonipat made their humble contribution towards the growth of Sparsh. Sparsh students gave a heart throbbing dance performance and set a mark in the hearts of the audience. Presidium, Sonipat was acknowledged with the Certificate of Appreciation as a token of love.
Celebrating the essence of the Gleaming festival, Diwali!
Diwali is celebrated in India with great vigor and joy. Diwali means rows of lighted lamps. It is a festival of lights and all Indian Hindus celebrate the festival, joyfully. In this festival, people light up their houses and workplaces. During this festival, people worship Lord Ganesha for welfare and prosperity and people also worship goddess Lakshmi for wealth and wisdom. Presidium, Sonipat organized special assembly on Diwali where students of grade VII participated in various acts like dance, a skit on Green Diwali. Students also presented PowerPoint presentation on Go Green this Diwali conveying the message that one should not burn crackers as they cause damage to our Environment. Moreover, Students also presented a small movie, showing how cracker industry supports child labor by employing them to make these crackers causing many skin problems to the poor kids.
