ROLE PLAY: PRESIDIANS BRING OUT THEIR INNER ACTORS & ACTRESSES!
Presidium Sonepat organised an Inter- Class Role Play Competition for the students of grade 3. The competition enhanced the imagination, speaking and acting skills of our little Presidians. It was indeed a great way of integrating learning with fun and it also helped in boosting the confidence of our little Presidians. The excitement and happiness of our little ones knew no boundations. Resplendent in their costumes and glowing in all their finery, they emulated the famous personalities and their favourite characters from the fairy tales with passion and confidence. It proved to be a great learning experience.
PRESIDIANS ENHANCE THEIR CREATIVITY WITH PUPPET MAKING ACTIVITY
‘Creativity is the experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules,making mistakes and having fun.' Creativity is a great motivator because it makes people interested in what they are doing. It gives hope to their ideas. To encourage imagination and creativity amongst the students Presidium Sonipat organized a Puppet Making Competition for students of grade 4 & 5. Our little creators made innovative and attractive puppets by using different materials. The objective of this competition was to develop the creative talent of the students and to encourage the craftsmanship and artfulness of the students. It was a fun filled activity to enhance the mental ability of the students.
SAARE JAHAN SE ACHA HINDOSTAN HUMARA HAPPY REPUBLIC DAY!
Presidium has always worked towards imparting the values that this nation holds. Keeping with this thought, the 70th Republic Day was celebrated at Presidium Sonipat with patriotic zeal. The celebrations began with the unfurling of national flag joined by Mrs. and Mr. Sanjay Jain, Distinguished partners, Ms. Sarita Sayal, Director Presidium Sonipat, esteemed guests Mrs. Kamal Kanta Gaur and Mr.Sethi Malik, SHO Murthal. The school choir melodiously presented the patriotic songs infusing the spirit of oneness among all. They also pledged to uphold the integrity, diversity and uniqueness of our country while taking the nation towards prosperity.
TECH SAVVY PRESIDIANS SHOW THEIR INNOVATIONS AT 'TECHNO FEST'
‘Creativity is the only way to survive, liberate yourself from the fear of failure’. The Intra Presidium Techno Festival was conducted at Presidium Gurugram, aimed at demystify engineering and imaginative skills for the leaders of tomorrow. The senior and junior team of Presidium Sonipat participated in the competition and the junior team won the 1st position in ‘Robotics Soccer’ category. The students incorporated robots, machines, software and other emerging technologies into installations and performances to challenge conventional wisdom and to explore new means of creative expression. Their artworks pioneered new techniques for designing expressive robots, while also challenging assumptions about the evolving relationship between humans and technology. Indeed it was a great sight to experience.
PRESIDIANS CELEBRATE THE IMPORTANCE OF MATHEMATICS IN OUR LIVES
Students of Presidium Sonipat celebrated the Mathematics Day with great enthusiasm and excitement. The day was particularly dedicated to the struggles and hard work of Ramanujan. The young leaders of Presidium constructed the relativity of equations with the regular life and they succeeded in proving that mathematics is not only the subject but holds an immense importance in our lives. They accomplished in spreading the message that mathematics gives us reason to hope that ‘every problem has a solution’. It was a successful attempt in enhancing students’ knowledge about the inventions of various mathematical equations that made life easier.
PRESIDIANS ENJOY THE FESTIVE SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS CARNIVAL
The merry making festival of Christmas Carnival was held at Presidium Sonipat on 23rd December. The Carnival offered numerous activities and shows for the parents and students. Students participated in various events like fancy dress and dance competitions adding the festive fervor to the celebration. The food stalls and the gift stalls were also appreciated by everyone. It was a wonderful day to celebrate and welcome the new year that awaits us all!
MRS. GUPTA GRACES THE GRAND ROCK 'N' ROLL CHRISTMAS CARNIVAL
The grand Christmas Carnival of Presidium Sonipat was complete when Mrs. Sudha Gupta, honourable Chairperson of Presidium graced the annual extravaganza. Ma’am presence added to the spirit of Christmas as the students welcomed Ma’am with notes of love and admiration. To keep up with the tradition of cakes and Christmas, the cake cutting ceremony was observed in the presence of our dear Sudha Ma’am. It was a memorable day for the students to celebrate the festival of love and happiness with Ma’am.
PRESIDIANS SPREAD GOODNESS & LOVE ON THE OCCASION OF CHRISTMAS
The festive spirit of Christmas was witnessed among the staff and students of Presidium, Sonipat. The young leaders of Presidium celebrated Christmas by exhibiting their talent through dance performances, songs and enactments based on the birth of Jesus Christ. The students enthralled the audience by acting the scene of Nativity. They emphasized the importance of caring and sharing and spreading goodness all
around. Students melodiously sang the Christmas carols and wished everyone Merry Christmas. The leaders spread cheer with their smiles and lovely attire. The efforts of young leaders were appreciated.
PRESIDIANS EMBARK ON THE ROAD OF BECOMING VOCAB MASTERS
‘The power of question is the basis for all human progress.’ To motivate students and to enrich their vocabulary, pronunciation and observational skills Presidium Sonepat organized an Inter Class Spellathon Competition for grades Nursery and Prep. The aim was to make students effective and impressive communicators. It was one out of the numerous enjoyable competitions that give students a platform to learn spellings in different ways along with enhancing their vocabulary bank as the competition was filled with words, alphabets and riddles. Students participated with great enthusiasm as they dueled through the toughest words. Their efforts and initiative was appreciated by one and all.
YOUNG DANCERS SET THE STAGE ON FIRE WITH THEIR ENERGETIC MOVES
With the aim of honing the dancing skills of the students, an Inter-Class Dance Competition was organised by Presidium Sonepat for the students of grades 1-3. Presidium leaves no stone
unturned in amplifying the skills of the students, and dancing is one of the most congruous forms to achieve that. Our young leaders were enthralled with the energy and were excited to be a part of a colourful, vibrant and energizing event. The vivacious dancers set the floor on fire with their energetic performances. The fun filled extravaganza offered various dance forms. The spectators bore witness to the enthusiasm and energy of the young Presidians as they enthralled everyone with their performances.
