'Love is my weapon, Music is my religion, Peace is in my soul.' 

Keeping this statement's spirit, Presidians celebrated the International Peace day. Established in 1981, The UN General Assembly has declared this as a day of non-violence and cease-fire.

Thus, this day had the objective of acquainting the students and igniting the spirit to shape a peaceful world. The day commenced with a plethora of activities. It included a narration of quotes on peace by well-known preachers of non-violence like Nelson Mandela and Dalai Lama. All students pledged to strengthen the ideals of peace. Beautiful collages were made to depict love and peace. Students were also dressed to represent different countries. They mesmerized all with a performance on the famous song "We Are The World," building a vision for a world with more profound compassion and spreading the message of hope to live in a world where peace and love prevail.
